Receptionist and restaurant staffs were not friendly. No courtesy. No customer service.
Complimentary breakfast was not satisfactory.
No actions were taken by the staffs after ample complaints from us. To add on to that, there were no apology from them too.

I stayed for 3 nights at the Golden Virgo Hotel and I was fairly pleased with the standard of the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and spoke some English. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. The nightclub down stairs was interesting - extremely loud music and full of people which was good. I'd definitely stay there again.
