Bubur jagung is a popular dessert made with corn which can be served hot or cold. Here's a simple recipe which is easy to make.

Ingredients
 

Sweet Corn

Sugar (either brown or palm sugar)

Coconut milk

Corn flour

 

 

How to cook


1. Boil the corn until it just starts to become soft
2. Strain the corn and remove all the water
3. Add the coconut milk and sugar
4. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to low to reduce to a simmer
5. When the corn is soft add the corn flour to thicken the sauce
